Our Fit to Play group fitness classes are designed specifically to prepare you for the demands of recreational sports! They focus on developing core strength, balance and proprioception. They also help overcome the muscle imbalances of particular sports.
When you become Fit to Play you will find yourself playing longer and stronger than you ever have before! You will:

- Learn new exercises and stretches that are particular to the demands of your activities
