There are now two ways to sign up (see below). Please call in (250-423-3344) after 8am the day of the class to confirm your spot.

There are currently no classes on offer for the rest of the summer. Classes will resume Mon. Sept. 13th and our new schedule (posted below) begins that day. Thank you!

New Class Sign-up Procedure

Sign-up Info (Short Version):

• Day of registration (FREE): call or stop by front desk after 8am on the day of the class (day before for morning classes)
  
• Pre-Registration ($3 Fee): Secure your spot in any class up to a week in advance.

Having a hard time getting into classes at the 8:00am call in time? Want to guarantee your place in class for next week? Evolution is now introducing the option of pre-registering yourself a spot in a class up to a week in advance, for only $3.00 a spot!

The Way Pre-registration Works:
To pre-register a spot in a class come visit our friendly fron tdesk staff to pay the $3.00 fee for the class of your choice. One important thing to take note of, if, for example, you would like to pre-register a spot in next week's Tuesday Spin class, you must wait until Wednesday to do so. The purpose of this being, that we hope to have those who missed out on the class that day come to the class the following week.

Payment for a pre-registered spot is non refundable, but in the rare case of a class cancellation, you can transfer the spot to a different class. If you have to cancel your spot in a class you will not receive your money back.

To make sure that everyone can take advantage of this option, members are only allowed to pre-register for a limited number of classes a week. Each member can pre-register for one spin class, one yoga or yoga fusion class, and one other class.

The last, most important thing to remember while using this new system is to make sure you call in the day of the class before 2:00pm to confirm that you are still planning to attend. If you haven't called in to confirm your spot in class, we have the right to give your spot up to the first person on our waiting list.

The Way Regular Sign Up Works:
If you would rather skip the pre-registration procedure you also have the option of calling in the day of the class after 8:00 in the morning free of charge. Please note that there are limited spots in classes and they do fill up quickly!

If you missed your chance at getting a spot in the class you hoped for, you can leave your name and phone number on a waiting list and we will call you back in the case that someone else has cancelled their spot.
